Refund and Returns

cancellation

We accept cancellation of an order before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service to ensure you send the package to the correct address.

Remarks

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for a 14-day refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fee should depend on the express company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or not in order for our reasons, the consumer is not obliged to cover the shipping costs for this reason.
No restocking fee will be charged to the consumer for returning a product.;

Refunds (if applicable)

As soon as your return has been received and checked, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time for a refund to be posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@gripfitpro.com.
